Abinash Mishra Takes Charge as CEO of Visaka Industries, Leading the Way Toward a Greener Future

Hyderabad, 01 May 2025, Visaka Industries Limited, a leading building materials company listed on the NSE, is excited to welcome Mr. Abinash Mishra as its new Chief Executive Officer and Key Managerial Personnel.

 

Mr. Mishra brings with him nearly 30 years of experience in the building materials, cement, and construction chemicals industries. He has worked with some of India’s most respected companies including Dalmia Cement, Ambuja Cement (LafargeHolcim), Pidilite, JK White Cement, and ACC Cement. Throughout his career, he has focused on introducing new ideas, building sustainable solutions, and helping businesses grow efficiently.

 

At Visaka, he will guide the company’s key businesses—including roofing products, Vnext fibre cement boards for dry construction, ATUM solar roofs, and ATUM Charge, an eco-friendly electric vehicle charging system. His goal is to help Visaka grow into a stronger, more innovative, and environmentally responsible company.

 

Mr. Mishra is well known for leading some of the country’s first green product initiatives, such as promoting blended cement and creating sand-free, micro-silica-based building solutions. He also has a deep understanding of how to improve manufacturing and reduce costs without compromising quality.

 

One of his recent achievements includes building a generative AI-driven model that helps brands connect better with retailers and customers. This model is already changing how the building materials industry approaches demand generation.

In addition to his work in business, Mr. Mishra is part of several national committees that are helping shape India’s future in sustainable construction.
