Spearheaded by IPDG Rtn Jayashree Mohanty and Dr. Lita Mohapatra, a serial entrepreneur and medical professional, this visionary initiative aims to build a supportive ecosystem that nurtures and accelerates the growth of women-led ventures.

Marking a monumental milestone, the Asmita Awards 2025—an initiative by the Ariiketh Foundation—was hosted at O-HUB Startup Odisha. The prestigious Asmita Awards aim to recognize and celebrate outstanding achievements across Odisha’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, spotlighting innovation, impact, and leadership among women.
