Born and raised in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, Ashutosh was exposed to rich cultural narratives from an early age. That foundation would later inspire his cinematic work. After moving to Mumbai, he began his career from the bottom rung — working on sets, assisting senior directors, and gradually taking charge of full-scale productions.
