New Delhi, September 20, 2025: Fortune Institute of International Business (FIIB) hosted a landmark workshop, “Say It With Pride: Changing Workspaces, Changing Minds,” in collaboration with the NAZ Foundation and Girl Up India. The event brought together changemakers, industry professionals, faculty, and students to engage in meaningful conversations on diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

Opening the session, Mansi, Co-Head of the Girl Up Club at FIIB, and Anushka, Vice President of Student Life, set the tone by highlighting FIIB’s commitment to nurturing leaders who think beyond profit — placing equal emphasis on people and the planet.

Key Highlights of the Event

  • Workshop with NAZ – The workshop was led by Mr. Sahil Choudhary, NAZ Foundation, who facilitated powerful discussions on allyship, empathy, and inclusive practices. NAZ, a pioneering NGO in sexual health and LGBTQ+ rights, is recognized for its historic role in the battle against Section 377.

The event featured opening remarks by Prof. Kokil Jain, Dean – Research & Outreach at FIIB, and a special address by Ms. Aditi Arora, Country Head – UN Girl Up India, who emphasized youth-led advocacy for gender equality.

Through initiatives like this, FIIB continues to align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) — particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 5 (Gender Equality), SDG 8 (Decent Work & Economic Growth), and SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation & Infrastructure). Events under the Centre for Responsible Management (CRM) embed diversity, equity, inclusion, and sustainability into the institute’s DNA.

The workshop concluded with a felicitation ceremony and a networking lunch, leaving participants inspired to carry forward the spirit of inclusion into their personal and professional journeys.
