The founder of Namaste Faceyoga by Charu Vadhwa, Charu is no stranger to reinvention. With a background that includes working both on and off screen alongside icons like Neena Gupta, Aamir Khan, Juhi Chawla, Akshay Kumar, and Vikas Bhalla, she developed a rare insider’s view of how celebrities maintain youth, balance, and grace under pressure. “Being around them taught me that beauty isn’t just skin-deep — it’s deeply ritualistic,” she shares.
