Fit India Ambassador IRS Narendra Kumar Yadav today launched the ‘Steroid Free India’ campaign in Haridwar, joined by Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev, who extended his strong support and active participation.
The campaign aims to protect India’s youth from the dangerous effects of steroids — a “silent killer” that damages the body from within, destroys dreams, and weakens the nation’s future.
IRS Yadav said, “True strength and fitness can be built naturally — through discipline, dedication, and a balanced diet — without harmful steroids.”
On the occasion of Raksha Bandhan, he urged sisters to tie a Rakhi with a promise to guide their brothers away from steroids and towards a healthy, natural lifestyle.
This campaign is a pledge to lead India’s youth towards a healthier, prouder, and fitter future.
